Adoption Process
STEP ONE:
Submit a Kitten Application
To Reserve A Ragdoll,
You Must Fill Out This Form:
New kitten applications open once a litter has been born and they reach at least 8 weeks of age. To stay up to date with when kitten applications open, please subscribe to my email list below. My email list will be the first and only people notified when I am accepting new kitten applications. Make sure to create a gmail filter to mark all emails from hiiikittydolls@gmail.com as not spam. This will help make sure you don’t miss application openings.

STEP TWO:
Reserve Your Perfect Kitten
If your application is approved for adoption, you’ll have the opportunity to reserve your perfect match. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your kitten. This deposit will be applied toward the final adoption fee.
Please note:
• Deposits can't be transferred to future litters.
• kittens go home at 8 weeks of age or later.
Accepted payment methods for deposits:
PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App (for deposits only).
The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup.
STEP THREE:
Sign the Adoption Agreement
After you reserve your kitten, I will send an adoption contract to be electronically signed by myself and the kitten purchaser. This contract must be signed at least 10 days prior to the kitten’s go home date. This contract includes my 2 year health guarantee against genetic diseases as well as other conditions of sale.

STEP FOUR:
Prepare for Your New Kitten’s Arrival
By the time you reserve your kitten, he or she will be ready to go home at around 3 months old, giving you time to prepare for their arrival.
Make sure you are ready for the pick-up or delivery of your kitten. For families on the East Coast, I can arrange safe ground transportation. If your kitten needs to fly, we can meet at Atlanta airport for pickup.
Start gathering supplies before your kitten arrives. You’ll need: toys, scratching post or cat tree, litter box, litter, bowls, food, and grooming tools.
I’ll send you a HiiiKittyDolls Kitten Care Guide Document — it’ll help you get everything ready for your new kitten.
Book an appointment with a veterinarian. Start looking for a veterinary to take your new kitten to for a health exam. Your kitten must be seen by a veterinarian within 72 hours of you taking possession of the kitten.
Lastly, think carefully about the name you’d like to give your kitten! Once registered with TICA, the name cannot be changed.

We offer a variety of options based on appearance, structure, personality, and overall traits:
1) Class A $1, 300-$1, 800
• Healthy, affectionate, beautiful, and sweet --- ideal family companions.
• May be minor imperfections in markings or other details, still warm little angels full of love.
2) Class A+ $2, 000-$2, 600
• Outstanding appearance, expressive, and charming
• Excellent structure, coat quality, and overall harmony, including most show-quality kittens --- meeting higher aesthetic standards.
3) Breeding Rights --- Starting from $3, 500
• Available only to registered catteries. Not open to individuals. If interested, please contact us for more details.
4) Retired Cats --- Starting from $500
• Age 3-5 years, retired after breeding.
• Including health check, vaccinations, spay/ neuter, microchip, and welcome pack.

What are the rules regarding deposits?
1) Deposit Amount • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. • It will be applied toward the total price and is not an extra fee. 2) How to Pay the Deposit • PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App (for deposit only). The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup. 3) What Does the Deposit Do? • A kitten is only officially reserved once we receive your deposit. • We follow a first-deposit, first-reserved system. • If multiple families are interested in the same kitten, the family who pays the deposit first will have priority. • Simply expressing interest without a deposit will not hold a kitten. 4) Is the Deposit Refundable? • Deposits are non-refundable, as we will stop showing the kitten to other families once it’s reserved.
Health Guarantee
• I guarantee that every kitten from my cattery is healthy to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. Each kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new home and is free from upper respiratory infections, internal and external parasites, and FeLV/FIV. • 72-Hour Health Check: The buyer must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a health exam within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. If any health concerns are discovered, the buyer must provide a written statement from the veterinarian. Should any serious health issues (excluding accidents or illnesses caused by the new environment) be found, the kitten may be returned to the breeder within seven (7) calendar days for a replacement kitten of equal value. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary or travel expenses incurred. • 2-Year Genetic Guarantee: If the kitten dies within two (2) years of the sale date due to a hereditary or congenital defect, a necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian must be provided. Upon confirmation, the buyer will be offered a replacement kitten of equal value when available. No cash refunds, discounts, or credits will be issued. Shipping costs for replacement kittens are the responsibility of the buyer. •This guarantee does not cover accidents, injuries, stress-related illnesses, or conditions caused by improper care, diet, or environment. • My goal is to continually raise healthy, happy kittens. If your kitten ever develops a health issue, please contact me—I will always try to be as supportive and accommodating as possible.
Refund Policy
• All payments made are non-refundable, including deposits, shipping fees, and any additional service or supply costs. • If a kitten is returned, the buyer is responsible for all related shipping, medical, and service costs (including any additional delivery or return fees). Deposits and payments cannot be transferred or credited toward another kitten. • If you wish to return a kitten, written notice must be provided within 72 hours of receiving the kitten, and the kitten must be returned to HiiiKittyDolls within 10 calendar days. After this period, no refund or credit will be issued. • The breeder is not responsible for replacing a kitten unless a verified genetic issue is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within 2 years (730 days) from the date of purchase. • At this time, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before placing a deposit.
Re-homing Policy🏠
• If you can no longer care for your kitten, please contact HiiiKittyDolls first. We are happy to assist in finding a new home to ensure the kitten’s continued safety and well-being. Under no circumstances should our kittens be surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
Declaw Policy
• The Purchaser agrees not to declaw the cat/kitten under any circumstances. Declawing is a painful and unnecessary procedure that removes part of the cat’s toes and can cause lifelong physical and behavioral issues. • If the cat/kitten is declawed, all health guarantees and agreements outlined in this contract will be immediately voided. • I strongly opposes declawing and encourages adopters to use humane alternatives such as scratching posts, regular nail trimming, and soft nail caps.
Other Pets Policy
• The seller is not responsible for any illness, stress, or injury to existing pets caused by the introduction of a new kitten. Once the kitten leaves the cattery, the buyer assumes full responsibility for monitoring interactions and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all pets. • If you have other animals at home, please introduce your new kitten slowly and carefully. Allow them to become familiar with each other’s scent before meeting face to face. Supervise all initial interactions to make sure everyone adjusts comfortably and peacefully.
Indoor Only Requirement
• This cat/kitten must be kept indoors only and is not allowed to roam freely outdoors. Allowing a Ragdoll to go outside unattended can expose them to unnecessary risks such as disease, injury, or theft. • Ragdolls are gentle and trusting by nature — they are not natural fighters and do not have strong outdoor survival instincts. For their safety, they should only go outside when supervised or in a secure enclosure.
Concerns & Complaints Policy
• The purchaser understands that if any issues arise with the kitten, the breeder must be notified immediately email or message. The buyer should make every effort to communicate and work with the breeder to resolve any concerns in a calm and respectful manner. • The buyer agrees not to post negative or misleading comments on social media or public forums, nor to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks, as long as the breeder upholds her responsibilities as stated in this contract. • If you ever have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me by email or message. My goal is to ensure every family has a positive experience and every kitten is loved and cared for in their new home.
